At Alien Aquatics our goal is to minimize any stress to the products we sell during the packing and shipping process. Each item undergoes our strict checking process before being packaged.
Alien Aquatics only ships on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays as to avoid problems with possible shipping delays!

Step 1: An invoice for your order is received at our facility.
Step 2: On the day of shipping (Mon-Wed (holidays excluded)) each item purchased, will undergo our rigerous health inspection process where our expertly trained staff will check for pests, polyp extension, color, water parameters, and other factors. Please note: Any items that do not pass our health inspection can not be shipped. We will attempt to contact you via the information provided at checkout to discuss replacement of the items.
Step 3: After all items have undergone our health inspection, your purchases will be individually bagged, carefully labeled, and boxed in a shipping container containing the appropriate heat or cold packs as necessary to maintain proper water temperature during the shipping process.
Step 4: A member of our staff will transport your package in a climate controlled vehicle to the shipping hub to be accepted by the courier.
Step 5: You will be contacted with the tracking information and can now watch where your package is throughout the entire shipping process.
Step 6: Your package will be delivered by the shipping courier. Please note: Any DOA (Dead on Arrival) claims will be denied in the event that you do not accept the package on the FIRST delivery attempt. All DOA (Dead on Arrival) claims must be submitted to us at support@alienaquatics.com within 2 hours of delivery. Our DOA policy can be viewed by clicking the tab at the top of this page.
